Versatile Integration: Specially designed for cutting, double-sided milling, and dual-side laser scribing of aluminum profiles. Combining drilling, milling, laser, and cutting into a flexible processing solution, the machine meets diverse processing demands by completing multi-step operations simultaneously with a single machine—saving time, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
Comprehensive Processing:
– Frame Profiles: Capable of processing pin holes, glue injection holes, mullion lines, concealed drainage holes, and floor drain holes.
– Sash Profiles: Capable of processing pin holes, glue injection holes, lock box holes, corner guards, and transmission rod notches.
– All key processing holes for the four main types of materials can be completed seamlessly.
Rear Laser Cutting Unit: Equipped with an automatic power adjustment function based on profile wall thickness, ensuring superior cutting quality. The machine can automatically switch between scribing and cutting modes based on process requirements.
Front Laser Scribing Unit: Features a specialized dual-side laser scribing system that ensures accurate positioning and high efficiency.
Simplified Operation: No skilled workers are required, no need to consider profile cross-sections, custom templates, or profile heights. One ordinary operator can manage the machine by loading up to 8 profiles at a time, which are automatically fed, cut, and unloaded. The daily production capacity per worker can reach 50-80㎡/day (8 hours), improving per-worker efficiency by over three times and saving 3-6 workers compared to traditional processing methods.
Smart Servo-Driven Feeding System: Fully servo-controlled feeding system that intelligently identifies profile data (height and wall thickness) and automatically adjusts processing parameters (feeding speed and position). The machine is equipped with error-proof mechanisms.
Seamless Data Connectivity: Supports barcode scanning for processing and cloud data transmission. It can integrate with ERP software, such as Xingel, Klaes, Mendao Cloud, and Dute.
Automated Waste and Dust Management: Equipped with an automatic chip conveyor for scrap pieces and an automatic dust collection device for aluminum shavings, reducing cleaning frequency and improving operational efficiency.
Safety and Environmental Protection: The cutting chamber features double-layer protection, ensuring low noise, safety, and environmental compliance. The machine also includes multi-angle monitoring cameras.
