Equipped with a 9KW spindle motor and a 6-position tool magazine, the system supports six different tools or saws, optimized by the system for automatic selection. The X-axis operates via a servo-driven precision guide rail and gear rack with zero backlash, while the Y and Z axes utilize servo-driven ball screw feeds. The A-axis is powered by a servo motor with an RV reducer, ensuring high milling accuracy and speed.

The dual workstations operate independently, allowing simultaneous execution of separate programs without interference. The system eliminates the need for manual programming by supporting network connections for data import via QR code scanning or CAD-USB data transfer. Additionally, manual programming is also supported for generating custom programs. The automated fixture positioning system prevents collisions during processing, and once the material is secured and the system is started, the machine executes the program automatically.
